What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a patient care role where I can support safe, compassionate inpatient or outpatient care, use my clinical and administrative experience, and contribute through communication, teamwork, and patient safety.

I'm currently supporting patients at Endeavor Health, where I monitor vitals and accuchecks, prepare rooms, hand over reports, coordinate lab samples, and prioritize patient safety.

Before joining Endeavor Health, I spent more than 13 years as a Patient Care Technician at Oak Brook Surgical Centre. I supported admissions and discharges, phlebotomy, COVID-19 swabbing, infection control, patient-file updates, scheduling, supply ordering, and payment collection.

Across inpatient and outpatient care settings, I bring hands-on experience with Epic, electronic health records, specimen processing, venipuncture, patient monitoring, and medical office operations. I'm committed to confidentiality, clear communication, teamwork, and care plans that improve patient outcomes.

I'm CPR/BLS certified and fluent in Bosnian and English, bringing a patient-focused approach to every interaction.
