At OTP Bank Albania, I develop and implement the bank’s enterprise testing and quality assurance strategy. I lead testing across system implementation and change delivery, covering unit, system, integration, UAT, regression, performance, rehearsal, and disaster recovery testing.

At European Merchant Bank, Lithuania, I implemented, maintained, and optimized Oracle and Oracle FLEXCUBE systems. I also investigated payment processing issues and followed them through resolution with IT teams and implementation partners.

At OTP Bank Albania, I led the Business Analysis Sector, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications and preparing requirements and testing for system changes. I also parameterized products and services and coordinated core banking issues with the system provider.

Earlier, at Alpha Bank Albania, I parameterized bank products in Oracle FLEXCUBE, tested fixes across banking modules, and analyzed and executed test cases for bank projects. I began my career as a Software Developer (.NET) at CACTTUS SH.A., developing online application software and working with MySQL databases.
