I operate and maintain corporate network infrastructure and supporting IT systems at Zafiro Hotels, handling enterprise LAN/WAN environments, switching, VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and network segmentation.

I troubleshoot L2/L3 connectivity, systems, and infrastructure service incidents while supporting enterprise switching, wireless access points, and corporate Wi-Fi. I also administer Windows Server, Debian, and Ubuntu Server environments.

I manage Proxmox virtualization and Linux-based services including Nextcloud, DNS, web, and email services. My work includes infrastructure monitoring, security hardening, and recurring-task automation with PowerShell and Bash.

I'm continuing my Computer Engineering degree and Ethical Hacking programme, building on my Network and Systems Administration background with a focus on availability, security, automation, and continuous improvement.
