I’m a Senior system administrator with experience supporting IT users and managing systems end-to-end, from installs and upgrades to monitoring, troubleshooting, and security. At Dashen Bank, I focus on keeping infrastructure dependable and users productive, and I bring a strong analytical approach built through continuous IT operations and problem-solving.

Before that, I served as an IT Support Technician and later an Information Technology Officer at RCNDC, where I provided technical support, advised users on resolving hardware and software problems, installed and upgraded hardware, cables, operating systems, and relevant software, and facilitated user access to systems. I’m especially comfortable with network server management, performance monitoring, outage troubleshooting, and securing environments with access controls, backups, and firewalls—plus building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies, and training staff on new technologies.
