I’m a motivated, customer-focused professional with experience in sales, customer handling, and front desk operations. I bring strong communication, fast decision-making, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Xiaomi MSA Sales & Customer Service Associate, I handle customers and support sales. I manage billing and finance coordination, explain products, and support computer and IoT-related operations while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Previously, as a Medical Pharma Front Desk & Operations Assistant, I managed stock and orders, handled customer service and calls, and maintained documentation and records. I learned to run front desk operations efficiently, keep processes organized, and respond confidently under daily pressure.

I’ve also been recognized for my work in content creation—Winner of Xiaomi Content Creation Competition (2 Times). Alongside my practical experience, I’m currently studying BCA, and I’m especially passionate about technology, sales, and communication.
