What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in health coaching, customer success, or wellness community management. I’ll use my clinical dietetics credentials and strong digital communication skills to deliver measurable client outcomes and consistently support engagement.

I’m a practising Clinical Dietitian and Online Nutrition Coach currently working at Al Faisal Hospital, Faisalabad (January 2025–present), where I manage patient caseloads and deliver therapeutic nutrition care within a multidisciplinary hospital team. I specialize in weight management and PCOS, with additional experience supporting patients across cardiology and general clinical nutrition.

In parallel, I run an independent remote coaching practice where I deliver one-on-one nutrition coaching for weight loss and PCOS. I create personalized meal plans and progress-tracking materials, and I maintain regular weekly check-ins using remote tools—so my clients get both structure and accountability.

I also build science-backed nutrition awareness through content creation. I run @nutritionwithminahil on Instagram, producing evidence-based reels, infographics, and carousels focused on weight management, PCOS, and functional nutrition, and I use these resources to communicate complex nutrition topics clearly for a general audience.

My clinical foundation and credentials include Dietetic Intern roles at Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology and Faisalabad International Hospital, plus an MPhil in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences currently in progress. I’m certified in Functional Nutrition & Wellbeing (LUMS, 2024) and have training in Food Safety (FSSC/ISO 22000), and I also completed a 160-hour international community service programme in Indonesia to deliver nutrition education across diverse cultural settings.
