I’m a Doctor of Nutrition and Dietetics, and I focus my clinical and coaching work on weight management and PCOs/PCOS management. Through medical nutrition therapy and lifestyle coaching, I help clients translate their medical and diet history into clear, therapeutic plans with consistent guidance.
Since August 2019, I’ve been delivering diet and lifestyle programs as a Diet and Lifestyle Coach at NutriCalorie (Instagram). Earlier, I completed clinical nutrition internee experience at Allied Hospital Faisalabad and Fatima Memorial Hospital (Lahore), where I analyzed patients’ medical and diet history, devised therapeutic plans, and recorded progress while completing final reports.
