I am a Clinical Dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree from Hamdard University, experienced in mindful sustainable nutrition through internships and clinical training in hospital settings. I’m passionate about helping patients improve their health through proper nutrition and lifestyle changes.
In my hospital experience at TABBA HEART INSTITUTE, I assisted with medical nutrition therapy for cardiac patients, including hypertention heart disease and post surgery cases. I collaborated with the cardiac care team to support patient outcomes, develop heart healthy meal plans, and educate patients on lifestyle modifications.
I also assessed nutritional status and created individualized diet plans for metabolic and gastrointestinal conditions at TAJ MEDICAL COMPLEX. At NAIMAT BEGUM HOSPITAL, I supported patient dietary assessment, hospital meal planning, and basic nutrition education for patients and caregivers, strengthening my nutrition counseling and communication foundation.
