I’m looking for a role where I can own PMO/StageGate governance, strengthen ISO 9001 document control, to deliver on-time product launches with clear executive reporting and proactive risk reduction.

I’m a PMP-certified Mechanical Engineer with 18+ years leading product design and project management across automotive and manufacturing environments. I combine hands-on 3D CAD work with disciplined governance to keep launches on-time, cost-efficient, and quality-ready.

I’ve stood up a PMO with StageGate governance from the ground up, defining intake, approval gates, and exit criteria to improve cross-functional alignment. I implemented ISO 9001–aligned document control, authored revision procedures and templates, and trained teams to strengthen traceability while reducing documentation-related non-conformances.

I also lead supplier qualification and onboarding—financial, engineering, and quality—coordinating PPAP and supplier technical assessments to ensure component compliance. From executive dashboards and monday.com scheduling to risk registers, forecasts, BOM analysis, and 8D root-cause actions, I drive reliable outcomes through clear communication and measurable risk reduction.
