● Leading Tool and Framework COE which ensures the teams get the best suited automation framework/tool for their application.

● Designed and implemented a comprehensive automation framework for testing end-to-end functionality, performance, and integration of AI/ML models in a production environment.

● Collaborated with data scientists and software engineers to understand model specifications, data requirements, and system architecture for effective test case design.

● Developed custom test harnesses and scripts using PyTorch to automate the execution of machine learning experiments.

● Introduced best practices and coding standards, enhancing the maintainability and scalability of automation scripts.

● Build Dashboard using react, which serves as one stop solution for all testing and reporting activities

● Responsible for tools selections and perform POC for new automation tools for procurement

● Documentation of quality metrics, communicate root causes to operations and carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns

● Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements

● Led testing activities in various projects, with teams up to 20 resources, ideally within a Distributed Delivery environment
