What I'm looking for

I seek a guest-facing hospitality role where I can apply management training, deliver excellent customer service, and grow into supervisory responsibilities within a service-oriented team.

I am a hospitality professional with a Bachelor's in Management focused on tourism and hotel operations, combining formal education and hands-on hotel experience.

From 2020–2022 I worked at Hotel Mianiko in Igalo handling guest check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions while maintaining professional communication and service standards.

I have training from Gorbis agency in Herceg Novi in travel consulting, preparing and selling tourist packages, and coordinating all aspects of travel to ensure quality service. I also completed secondary education at JU SMŠ “Ivan Goran Kovačić” and studied Tourism and Hospitality at the Faculty for Management and Transport.

I bring strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace), multilingual ability (English B2, Italian A2, Turkish A2), and core strengths in organization, communication, and working with clients to deliver excellent guest experiences.
