What I'm looking for

I'm interested in continuing to learn and developing in international e-commerce operations.

At Berlinas del Fonce, I designed and wrote the user manual for the corporate web platform, helping administrative staff learn the system and improving its usability.

I validated operational and functional requirements for web and mobile platforms using black-box testing before commercial deployment.

I also ran regression testing cycles to check that operational features remained stable after updates.

I contributed to structuring interface components for web and mobile use. My work also includes documenting operating procedures, managing data and reports, and resolving operational incidents.
