What I'm looking for

I’m interested in strengthening my career in QA Testing, both manual and automated, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence, applying technical knowledge and analytical thinking to optimize the quality of digital systems and processes.

At Konceptual S.A.S., I tested POS platforms and delivery systems, validating flows for orders, payments, order assignment, and delivery statuses. I documented test cases in Zephyr and reported reproducible bugs in Jira, supporting quality assurance and traceability.

I also used SQL to analyze incidents and patterns, supported User Acceptance Testing, and applied Playwright and Postman to strengthen validation. Earlier, at Webhelp and Conduent, I managed customer cases, analyzed user information, and documented processes. I’m studying Systems Engineering at CEIPA University and am developing my skills in test automation, data analysis, and Business Intelligence.
