At Bell Canada, I build and deliver LLM-based products, working hands-on with generative AI, embeddings, and agentic AI. I built an estimation agent with Google’s Agent Development Kit and developed two AI chatbot assistants.
I also integrated Jira, PEATS, Active Directory, and ePlanning data into a unified Power BI dashboard. My work includes defining AI evaluation metrics and designing AI governance and knowledge-management frameworks.
Previously, at Trans-Ontario Express, I designed data pipelines for logistics systems and built automated ETL/ELT workflows in Python and SQL, running data processing and storage on AWS.
My work has also included research and monitoring and evaluation at Dorcas Relief & Development International, election-related social media analysis for the EU Election Observation Mission, and a master’s thesis developing and evaluating a CNN to classify chest X-ray images.
