At Graves-Gilbert Clinic, I provide executive leadership for IT strategy, operations, and modernization, aligning technology with patient care and regulatory obligations. I oversee athenaOne and other clinical applications, data and reporting, and the IT organization.
As HIPAA Security Officer, I direct the annual Security Risk Analysis, security policies, and incident preparedness and response. I work with physicians, senior leadership, and department heads to improve workflows and support patient care delivery.
As IT Director, I initiated the proposal for the Clinic’s first co-location facility, strengthening business continuity and disaster recovery. I also implemented a data warehouse with SSRS reporting and orchestrated 11 practice management conversions into the Clinic’s Practice Management/EMR.
