Built and operate a live AI-native commerce platform alone, covering every layer from frontend to backend, payments, and fulfillment. Developed a multi-model orchestration pipeline and a reusable prompt asset library.

Stood up the US go-to-market from zero as the first dedicated US commercial hire, defining ICP, building pipeline reporting, and originating partnerships with banks and non-bank lenders. Ran the full sales cycle solo and secured first US lighthouse customers.

Advised banks, asset managers, and custodians on digital assets and tokenization, reporting to the EVP. Conducted technical due diligence on custody providers and blockchain networks, and developed Gen AI narratives for capital markets.

Onboarded the first 1,000 customers onto connected-car hardware and ran a 10,000+ member Discord as the operational front line. Analyzed data for the token launch, tracking distribution and on-chain activity.

Built an end-to-end data pipeline and Power BI dashboards for prototype iteration, and developed machine learning classifiers to predict failures. Presented findings to senior leadership including the CTO.
