At onsemi, I managed fab migration and product qualification projects, developing qualification plans and driving cross-functional issue resolution. I also executed ATE test program correlation, GRR, and Statistical Part Average Testing, reducing manufacturing scrap costs by over $4,000.
At Analog Devices, I coordinated global manufacturing flexibility and product transfer initiatives and helped qualify 18 semiconductor devices ahead of schedule for automotive production.
