What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics, transportation, or operations role where I can use route planning, statistical analysis, and cost control to improve service performance and operational efficiency.

At Despegar, I planned passenger-van transportation routes 72, 48, and 24 hours before operations, coordinating an own fleet of around 70 vans and 50–60 supplier vehicles. I also analyzed fill rates and vacancy fill rates to support continuous improvement, update zone costs, and improve fuel, mileage, and overtime efficiency.

I've supported airport arrivals and departures, adjusted planned transport routes, and maintained unit and delayed-flight records. My logistics and supply chain engineering background, along with Excel, Power BI, and multilingual communication skills, supports data-driven operations and customer-focused coordination.
