What I'm looking for

Office-based remote or hybrid role as BIM Coordinator, Cost Manager/Estimator, Project Controls or Planner with international teams on building and infrastructure projects, applying BIM coordination (Revit, Navisworks, ACC), quantity takeoff, cost estimating, tendering and scheduling. Monday to Friday, regular office hours.

I’m a Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in residential (VIS and non-VIS) and infrastructure construction projects in Colombia, now focused on office-based roles in BIM coordination, cost management and project controls.

BIM coordination: Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks Manage for clash detection, ACC Model Coordination and BIM-based quantity takeoff. Certified Autodesk BIM Project Manager (BSG Institute, 2024-2025).

Cost management: quantity takeoff, cost estimating and budgeting, unit price analysis, comparative bid tables, contractor payment reviews and change control.

Tendering and contracting: leading bidding stages, price negotiations and contract preparation.

Planning and controls: scheduling with MS Project, schedule reviews and progress tracking; cost and ERP systems Sinco AdPro and Oracle.

Currently Structural Resident at Amarilo S.A.S., where I combine technical coordination with cost and schedule control.
