What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an infrastructure role where I can lead project coordination and estimation with BIM (Revit) and strong site execution. I want to combine cost control, quality management, and team leadership to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

I’m a Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience executing, coordinating, managing, and estimating construction and infrastructure projects, including VIS and non-VIS housing. I focus on quantity takeoff and cost estimation, preparing bids and supporting contracting processes, while coordinating teams and resources to meet schedules and budgets.

I work confidently with BIM-based project estimation and control, using Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project. In parallel, I bring hands-on technical field leadership—driving quality and technical compliance, supervising structural execution, and monitoring earthworks and utility network installation.

Across site and coordination roles, I’ve led bidding stages, schedule reviews, and price negotiations, managed site preliminaries, and ensured cost-benefit decisions through comparative tables. I also coordinated an independent facilities project, optimizing materials, people, and finances, and implementing preventive/corrective maintenance and operational improvements.
