As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Lean Solutions Group, I ensured timely and accurate payments to carriers by processing and verifying required shipment documentation. I coordinated with carriers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, and I acted as a carrier sales representative to address issues that prevented payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Earlier, as an Export Assistant at ASERCOL SAS, I supported export processes by preparing and reviewing customs documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. I also monitored export operations, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the logistics team.

Currently, as a Billing Specialist at Lynxus SA, I collect and manage customer remittances to ensure accurate recording of payments. I apply payments through both ACH and checks in Cash Application, and I support collections with account reconciliation and dispute resolution to keep financial transactions precise and reliable.
