I'm currently working at Durra Institute of Languages, supporting marketing, HR administration, call handling, activities organisation, and social media content.

I coordinate morning activities, document institutional events through video, prepare reports and presentations, and help resolve teachers' and students' affairs. I also maintain confidential HR records and handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on quality customer service.

During my TV/Radio Broadcaster internship at Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, I delivered on-air presentations, supported live programmes, developed scripts, conducted interviews, and managed guests on set.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and I communicate in English, French, and Spanish. Outside work, I have led and directed church choir groups for more than four years and participate in community outreach and evangelisation missions.
