I'm looking for a remote position where I can contribute my hybrid frontend + AI/ML profile.

At Divusware, I work with the development team on .NET applications with Blazor, improving UI consistency and responsiveness. I also maintain and optimize a multi-provider RAG pipeline, where provider-specific model selection improved response quality by up to 35% and reduced costs by up to 25%.

At REDIME CIA LTDA, I led the evolution of StaffPlus from a web app into a cross-platform employee attendance solution serving 300+ users. I owned about 85% of its codebase across React, Laravel, and React Native (Expo), and shipped mobile features weekly.
