At VXI, I took ownership of an underperforming Comcast B2B training function during a critical growth phase. I rebuilt trainer scorecards, incentive criteria, live classroom evaluations, and quality checks within two months to improve accountability and reverse a declining performance trend.

At Teleperformance, I led trainer development across UPS and DishTV, launched a UPS branch in Noida through two cross-border assignments, and supported a new DishTV sales and retention project as both Training Manager and Operations Manager. I've also trained 51 waves while sustaining 90%+ trainer and trainee satisfaction scores.

I use Tableau dashboards, AI-assisted training modules, structured coaching, and client collaboration to connect learning outcomes with business performance. I'm seeking a Training or L&D Manager role in Estonia.
