What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on leadership role building production ML platforms and product-focused ML solutions, within a collaborative company that values rapid iteration, observability, and clear ownership. Open to relocation and visa sponsorship.

I am a Data Team Lead and Applied AI/ML Platform Tech Lead with 10+ years in software and 7+ years shipping production ML at scale, focused on product impact, rapid iteration, and reliable operations.

At VuLog I built the end-to-end Data/ML platform on GCP, led DS/DE/DA teams reporting to the CTO/CEO, and delivered production systems including dynamic pricing, SmartOPS optimization, pixel-level computer vision processing ~50k images/day, and LLM-powered workflows and RAG assistants.

I hire and mentor engineers and data scientists, establish monitoring and technical standards, author technical R&D funding documentation, and drive international stakeholder communication in English across clients in the US, Europe, and Japan.
