What I'm looking for

I'm applying for a Project Manager position.

At GRUPO BOTICARIO, I execute up to 25 projects simultaneously, representing 100 new SKUs, and lead premium cosmetics projects averaging R$120MM GMV each. I coordinated teams of up to 30 members and executed the first high-risk project that reduced time to market from 12 to 8 months.

Previously, at NOVOZYMES/NOVONESIS, I developed more than 10 tailored products for global customers and partners, including three customized products launched through long-term commercial partnerships. I also led a tripartite international bioenergy project and managed groups of 4–8 specialists working on product development, industrial downscaling, and plant application.
