I translate JIRA user stories into test scenarios and test cases, execute functional and manual regression testing, analyze failures, and work closely with developers and product owners to close defects within sprint delivery. I'm ISTQB certified and have worked with HP ALM, Conformiq, AMEZ, and Parasoft SOAtest.

Before banking technology, I led passenger revenue accounting, sales audit, and refund work for Lufthansa, focusing on revenue recovery, refund and exchange audits, chargebacks, and travel-agent disputes. I also led teams through training, appraisals, quality improvement, escalations, and productivity management.

My earlier airline, travel, and hospitality roles at Emirates, United Airlines, and Hilton built my customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex reservations, ticketing, refunds, and high-priority customer situations.
