I am a highly organized individual currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Education Arts, focusing on English and Literature. My academic journey has equipped me with creative writing and effective communication skills, which I apply in my professional endeavors.

As a motivated recruitment intern at Phyjay Consultancy Services, I facilitate the screening of resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate recruitment processes. This role has allowed me to develop strong communication and organizational skills while interacting with candidates and team members. I also maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update our recruitment database, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

In addition to my internship, I have participated in various volunteer activities, including organizing the Red Cross club at Tharaka University. I am also pursuing a program from ALX in Virtual Assistance, where I am honing my skills in time management, email management, and project management, preparing me for a successful career in administrative support.
