What I'm looking for

I’m eager to leverage diverse skills in a dynamic environment—supporting healthcare research, accurate online verification, and smooth ticketing/travel coordination while delivering polished graphic design outputs.

I’m a Pharmacy graduate with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Assistant. I bring clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to every task.

In my Pharmacy Assistant role, I assisted customers with inquiries, prescriptions, and over-the-counter medication recommendations. I focused on providing information on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage, while collaborating with pharmacists to keep the workflow efficient.

As a Medical Virtual Assistant and Graphic Layout Artist / Ticketing Agent, I designed layouts for tarpaulins, brochures, and books, and edited and enhanced photographs and images for design projects. I also supported ticketing and travel needs—booking tickets, managing travel arrangements, and assisting customers with changes, cancellations, or refunds.

More recently, as an Internet Researcher Tier 2, I conducted online research on U.S. healthcare facilities and verified hospital ownership and parent organizations. I collected and updated information such as official websites, facility begin dates, and organizational details—so I can deliver accurate, reliable outputs in fast-moving environments.
