I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in behavioral health, digital platforms, and trauma-informed care. My journey began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a Staff Sergeant and Master Gunner Instructor, honing my skills in technical and tactical training. This unique background allows me to approach mental health from a systems-based perspective, particularly in the evolving landscape of digital therapy.
