At C-P Flexible Packaging, I manage the full procurement cycle for raw materials, PPE, and operational supplies. I create and manage purchase orders, process 100+ invoices monthly, and monitor pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and material requirements.

I work directly with vendors to negotiate pricing and identify cost-reduction, consolidation, and efficiency opportunities. I also coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, the Financial Officer, and the President to support accurate deliveries, supplier compliance, traceability, and internal controls.

Previously at Vins Plastics, I managed inventory and material control alongside accounting and supply reporting. I built organized systems for purchase orders, invoices, pricing, and reporting while determining material requirements for production lines.

My background also includes administrative support and assistant general management, including scheduling, payroll records, budgets, purchasing, inventory, staff supervision, and customer service. I use Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Radius, and production scheduling systems, and I bring native French language capability.
