What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help educators improve literacy outcomes through structured instruction, actionable assessment, and realistic EdTech adoption—supported by strong training, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making that teachers can use immediately.

I’m a veteran K-5 literacy educator with 25+ years of classroom experience and deep strength as an Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator. I bring hands-on experience developing assessments and instructional materials, partnering with teachers, administration, and families to keep curriculum aligned to school-wide learning goals.

I’ve also led technology integration and change adoption across faculty, designing in-person and remote training programs and tracking engagement and learning outcomes through regular data review. From replacing a one-size-fits-all model with standards-based reporting to coaching staff through full adoption cycles, I focus on practical implementation that helps educators successfully use new tools every day.
