At Armatis Poland, I develop AI customer-service agents on live production data and built an AI Gateway that gives control over model usage. I also built an LLM-powered system for conversation quality assessment and NLP solutions to reduce language barriers.

I own a PII-processing system and internal tools, and manage GitOps delivery on Kubernetes with ArgoCD. Before Armatis Poland, I developed Java backend services at ING Hubs Poland and mobile-device software at Samsung Electronics, including protocol analysis and tooling for test automation.
