At 碩鋒數位科技有限公司, I worked on Msgdog, a multi-tenant OTP and international messaging platform. I developed backend APIs, the admin console, and integrations with upstream providers, using a Redis queue to decouple customer requests from message delivery.

When traffic spiked to about 400–500 requests per second, I analyzed queue message timestamps to trace delivery delays to an upstream provider’s TPS limit. I helped add provider channels and adjust the consumer flow to distribute sending volume, and designed tiered storage for message history to keep single-message lookups manageable.

I've also worked on invoice OCR and warehouse software at 立揚通運股份有限公司, and object recognition and reporting systems at 眾達智慧工廠股份有限公司. I'm currently developing BookScout, a personal project that uses AI agents to research book reviews, organize viewpoints, and retain links to their sources; my recent work includes Laravel, PostgreSQL, Vue 3, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
