What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-informed product and design-system work where I can improve onboarding, payments, and customer journeys alongside Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

I've led product design at Eversend, redesigning core money-transfer and mobile onboarding experiences to improve completion, activation, and cross-border payment usability.

I rebuilt Eversend's mobile and web design system, reducing development time by approximately 20% and eliminating recurring inconsistencies across product teams. My UX improvements also reduced chargebacks by approximately 90%.

I work closely with Product, Data, Compliance, Support, and Engineering teams across Africa and Europe to turn research, A/B tests, and customer pain points into clearer financial experiences. I also mentor designers, run critiques, and help teams prioritize work around business impact.

Across fintech, healthcare, education, and B2B cryptocurrency products, I've designed payment flows, pilot training platforms, and accessible mobile experiences. I bring hands-on frontend knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript alongside strong product and systems thinking.
