Throughout my career, I have taken on roles of increasing responsibility, from Senior Software Engineer to Project Leader. At Buckland, I spearheaded the development of the Buckland NBEMS project, utilizing Azure Power BI and Elastic Search to create dynamic reports and manage user data effectively. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration and agile methodologies, ensuring that my teams are motivated and productive while delivering exceptional results.
