I am a mechanical engineer with a strong background in 3D modeling and design. I graduated from Queen's University in 2023 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout my education, I gained proficiency in software such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Rhino, and ANSYS. In my profession, I have applied that to to creating complex architectural panel systems and models with precision and accuracy.
During my time at TSC/Flynn Group of Companies, I worked as a Virtual Design Specialist, where I designed and modeled architectural panel systems for building exteriors. I mastered Rhino software to create models that led to the manufacturing and installation of panel systems. Additionally, I learned to operate LEICA scanning technology to analyze and manipulate point cloud data for accurate modeling.
As an Engineering Intern at Parks Canada, I assisted in the project management of multi-million-dollar dam and lock reconstruction projects. I was given the opportunity to independently manage a borehole project and coordinated construction teams to ensure its successful completion. I also gained experience in CAD drawing analysis, equipment installation, and deliverable preparation.
