Michael KALUME

I am a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Penology graduate with practical experience in legal advocacy, youth engagement, sales, and administrative operations. I combine strong communication and report-writing abilities with hands-on experience in data entry, documentation, and Microsoft Office tools.

In my recent sales role I executed daily transactions, prepared and analyzed sales reports, managed inventory and pricing, and promoted products through online platforms, cold calling, and field marketing to meet company targets. As an administrative assistant and UNAI volunteer, I organized meetings, maintained applicant databases, supported candidate shortlisting, and produced assessment reports while liaising with international coordinators.
