I’m prepared to contribute to Ontinue’s Microsoft-focused, 24/7 Cyber Defense Center.

At Managed Defenders, I investigate security alerts across 30+ client environments, correlating identity, endpoint, network, and cloud telemetry to assess potential threats.

I use Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Splunk to investigate security events. I’ve managed 500+ cases, escalated 200+ confirmed incidents, and tuned SIEM rules to reduce recurring false positives by 25–30%.

I also authored 12+ investigation and incident-response runbooks and coordinate with client IT teams on remediation follow-up.

Earlier, at Translogic Integrated Services and Jumia, I worked across technical and business operations, including a payment gateway integration project at Jumia.
