At CIBC, I investigate and triage security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, enterprise logging, KQL, and Cortex XSOAR to support detection and incident response in a banking environment. I also built an in-house AI agent to summarize weekly spam and phishing incidents, and my team won first place in a hackathon for an AI-agent security solution.

Previously at ActiveEdge Technologies, I monitored security events with Splunk, Wazuh, and Security Onion; led investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up activities; and managed IAM/PAM controls. I configured F5 AWAF, FortiGate, and Sophos technologies, while security-awareness training I delivered contributed to a 25% reduction in phishing incidents.

I bring hands-on experience across SOC operations, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, identity security, and automation. I also build practical security labs and playbooks, including a three-node Proxmox environment simulating enterprise SOC, IAM, and network-security operations.
