At Niletrac Kenya, I coordinate spare parts deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams, and serve as a point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues. I also support procurement by assessing suppliers, negotiating terms, and monitoring supplier performance.
I manage inventory operations, stock audits, and replenishment, and prepare invoices and delivery notes. I use CRM software to track customer interactions and follow up on orders and after-sales support.
Previously, at Rock Plant Kenya, I managed spare parts and delivery schedules for Hitachi Excavators. At Rai Cement, I supported quality control procedures and reporting, and I also worked in sales and customer service roles at OPPO and Karina Emporium.
