What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my planning, BIM, drawing, and visualisation experience to a larger practice with established workflows, clear role definition, and room to develop.

At Envarq, I lead and support residential planning and construction drawing packages, from GPS surveys and Civil 3D surfaces through Revit models, verified views, and coordinated submissions. My work has contributed to planning approvals for developments including Courtstown, Little Island (172 units), and rural dwellings at Lackaneen and Derrynasaggart.

Previously at Kane Architects, I worked across more than 30 residential, educational, and community planning applications with a 100% approval rate, while delivering the practice’s 3D visualisation work. I bring hands-on experience in design, planning coordination, BIM production, technical detailing, construction delivery, and architectural visualisation, and I’m looking to develop within a larger practice with clear roles and established workflows.
