Ruth García Chamorro

I’m an architect specializing in sustainable design and currently completing a Master’s in BIM Management. I combine my architectural background with technical competencies in digital modeling and clash detection, aiming to turn BIM into measurable value across the building lifecycle.

I’m focused on optimizing projects through BIM coordination during the construction phase, and supporting sustainable asset management in the operational stage (Facility Management). I bring proven adaptability, proactivity, and motivation to integrate digital methodologies that improve efficiency from design through operations.

Professionally, I’m gaining experience through a Junior Architect role via the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program with Centola & Associati in Salerno (Italy). I’ve also collaborated on architectural design and international competitions during my time at ESTUDIO PRÁCTICA, Madrid, and completed a summer internship at Rodríguez Valbuena Arquitectos in León, Spain.

Academically, I’ve built a strong foundation through my Master in Architecture (M.Arch) at ETSAM - UPM and my International Master’s in BIM Management (EADIC). My work has been recognized with First Prize (III Edition Airzone Spain Awards) for a master’s thesis on energy efficiency and sustainability, alongside honors in bioclimatic architecture coursework and an international sustainability and architecture competition accésit.
