I've built AI, data, and backend systems for DXC Technology, Florida Health Care Plans, Deloitte, and Florida Blue across enterprise, healthcare, and marketing products.

At DXC Technology, I built components for an AI Workbench marketing POC, combining customer context, campaign performance, and brand guidance in an agentic system for LLM, image, and video experimentation. I also designed probabilistic evaluation and autonomous improvement systems using CLIP, human preference labels, PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI, Redis, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

At Florida Health Care Plans, I supported an Enterprise Epic EHR implementation by standardizing patient-record migration and data processing while clinical operations remained available. I used Python and SQL to reconcile records, traced HL7 and FHIR failures, hardened MyChart identity and API flows, and automated end-to-end testing.

Previously at Deloitte and Florida Blue, I developed reusable AI platforms, data pipelines, marketing analytics, claims-driven care analytics, and remote patient monitoring capabilities. I work from customer requirements through experimentation, evaluation, backend implementation, and product delivery.
