Michael Brew

I am a full stack web application and DevOps engineer developer very proficient with the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React and Node) stack for web development.

I have worked as a Software Engineer at MaxSold, where I built a web application using Next.js and Typescript on the front-end and Node.js on the backend. I was responsible for deploying user interfaces, creating components, and writing unit tests with Jest. I also automated end-to-end testing and implemented CI/CD using CircleCi, GitHub, and Docker.

At OOTI, I contributed to the development of their SAAS-based enterprise resource planning software. I utilized React and Typescript for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. I deployed user interfaces, created components, and actively participated in discussions to enhance the application. I also ensured the robustness of components through thorough testing.

Prior to that, I worked as a Full Stack Developer at Best Adapted Company Limited, where I created an application for property and room advertisement and rental. I was responsible for creating sketches, implementing frontend solutions using React, creating unit tests, and implementing SEO techniques.

During my time at Fundi Hub Company Limited, I worked on enterprise-scale applications using React and Node.js. I built high-quality, scalable components, integrated third-party libraries, and created RESTful APIs. I also handled DevOps tasks and utilized Git and BitBucket for version control. Additionally, I developed an Android application using Flutter.

I hold a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Ghana.
