At Perch Insights, I built the Quality Engineering organization from zero across two SaaS and AI products. For Q-AI, I created the testing process and Jira workflow, then built a Playwright framework with 124 regression cases, 70 automated, and helped identify and prioritize more than 180 high-impact defects before production releases.
For the AI-powered analytics platform, I designed and built a Cypress automation framework that reached 70% coverage in five months and reduced regression time from three days to one. I also pioneered in-house AI agents that generate Gherkin test cases from Jira and structured bug reports.
Earlier, I worked on e-commerce, banking, cybersecurity, social-commerce, and logistics products at Genesys, Overactive, Onapsis, Olapic, and Cargo Services Group. Across these roles, I developed automation and testing strategies, improved regression reliability, and supported teams with QA practices and mentoring.
