What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can deliver help desk and application support, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, and improve customer satisfaction through clear documentation, strong communication, and efficient workflows.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented IT Support professional providing application support, customer service, technical troubleshooting, and digital scheduling assistance. I help users navigate mobile applications, document and escalate technical issues, and maintain efficient operational workflows.

In my current role at the Department of Public Transportation (DPT) – ShoreLink, I serve as the primary point of contact for users of the ShoreLink mobile application. I troubleshoot navigation and account/application issues, manage digital dispatch operations, and coordinate transportation scheduling for customers and DPT employees.

Before this, I completed an Electrical Apprentice role with B.A.C. Universal Electrics (B.U.E), working on electrical system installations, interpreting technical drawings, and troubleshooting issues using systematic techniques. I bring strong problem-solving, adaptability, and excellent customer service—supported by an IT Support Course (Alison.com) and practical hands-on experience.
