What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can troubleshoot technical and account issues, document clear solutions, improve workflows through data investigation, and maintain reliable quality standards at scale.

I've supported contributor communities at Scale AI and Surge AI, resolving account, tooling, and quality issues across remote project pipelines.

At Scale AI, I monitored support channels, used internal spoofing tools to reproduce contributor experiences, moved contributors between teams, and created the instructions and templates used by dozens to several hundred people. I also ran onboarding sessions and live Q&A when written documentation needed reinforcement.

I use Snowflake SQL and small Python scripts to identify recurring issues and track quality metrics, then share findings with teams that can act on them. My work combines calm technical troubleshooting with consistent quality standards under high request volume.

I've also reviewed coding work in C++, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python, and provided human feedback for LLM training data in computer science and mathematics domains.
