What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a cybersecurity or network-focused role where I can grow SOC and vulnerability-management skills, increase cyber awareness, and deliver strong results.

I've supported customers at SITEL by explaining company policies, resolving account-access inquiries, and managing passwords while using AWS, SQL, and Microsoft Azure in daily work.

I'm pursuing Computer Science and Cybersecurity at Dallas College, where I hold a 4.0 GPA and Cisco Network & Routing certification. I previously studied cybersecurity at Louisiana State University, learning to implement software development and cloud projects.

Through volunteer work at New Hope Church, I've installed Linux servers and built experience in IT basics and fundamentals. My work has strengthened my understanding of large-system architecture, development, and administration.

I stay current on cybersecurity through SANS articles and workshops, with a goal of building SOC and vulnerability-management skills while increasing cyber awareness.
