I built a Facebook Messenger chatbot for a real pet shop, with category browsing, product search by name, and live handover to the owner when a customer wants a human.
I also designed a password-protected admin dashboard so the shop can add, edit, and delete products without code changes. The backend uses Python, FastAPI, and SQLite.
The bot sends automatic daily and weekly reports on message volume, top categories, busiest hours, and questions it couldn't understand. It's currently live and in daily use by the business.
