At Cihan Bank, I build AI-powered customer-service chatbot experiences in Microsoft Copilot Studio for banking use cases.

I develop Python-based LLM and retrieval applications with Azure OpenAI, REST APIs, and RAG, connecting approved knowledge sources to internal workflows. I also test response quality, investigate failures, and refine prompts, knowledge sources, and fallback handling.

As a freelance full-stack developer, I've delivered responsive websites and web applications from requirement discovery and interface design through implementation, testing, iteration, and release.

I founded CodeSpace, a pre-launch technology education initiative, and built CodeSpace AI Tutor: a multilingual RAG assistant supporting Sorani Kurdish, Arabic, and English. I also developed a role-based learning management platform using Django REST Framework and React.
